Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and providing support to the team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Maintain a professional office environment
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administration
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of team management principles is a plus
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday to Friday.
