West Central Behavioral Hea is Hiring a Director of Quality Near Lebanon, NH

West Central Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Director of Quality.

The Director of Quality will oversee agency-wide, quality and evaluation activities including: design & delivery of evaluation protocols, gathering clinic-level measures, organizing & analyzing collected data, preparing performance reports, and implementing/assessing quality-assurance activities. Collaborates with Chief Operations Officer for oversight of regulatory matters and facilitation of the regulatory process: readiness, onsite review, corrective action planning, monitoring, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates and guides Clinical care team members and Operational care team members to establish QI processes throughout the agency.
  • Employs Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSAs) and other “tests of change” to design and disseminate optimal workflows, in collaboration with Care Teams, managers, Quality Improvement Committee, etc.
  • Collects, compiles, and analyzes statistical quality data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Works collaboratively with clinical managers to develop the clinical staff education programs.
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Champions the adoption of standardized best practices and lessons learned across disciplines and departments at the Care Team level and at agency level using communication tools, published workflows, staff meetings, events and trainings.
  • Master’s degree in quality management, health care administration or in a related health care specialization
  • 2 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative evaluations
  • 2 years of experience in mental health management or administration
  • 1 year of experience in project management to include managing data collection protocols and schedules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
