Description
The clinic medical office assistant provides assistance to clinic patients as directed by the Physician and the Medical Office Manager. The clinic medical office assistant follows established clinic standards, procedures, and practice when providing assistance to clinic patients. The clinic medical office assistant is responsible for the following, including but not limited to, completing prior authorizations, pre-certifications, scheduling procedures and testing.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- CPR Certification
- Medical Office Certification Preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Two Years In A Medical Office
- Pulmonary Experience Preferred
