Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director to oversee the operations of our preschool facility. The ideal candidate will lead with passion and commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.

Duties:

- Develop and implement educational programs in accordance with state regulations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staffing, budgeting, and enrollment
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to ensure a positive learning environment
- Conduct strategic planning to enhance the preschool's curriculum and facilities

Skills:

- Strong background in Education Administration

-A BA in early child learning

-State ECE certification
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to educate and inspire young children
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strategic planning capabilities to drive continuous improvement
