Full Time Nanny needed in Colts Neck

A loving family of three is looking for a long-term addition to their household for their 2 year old. Responsibilities will include meal preparation, engaging the child with age-appropriate activities, maintaining nap, schedules, reading, playtime, walks, outdoor play, restocking child-related items, cleaning toys and equipment, arranging classes, activities, and playdates. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of developmental milestones, can work with the parents as a team and has a genuine love for working with children. The position is available as soon as the right fit is found, and they are seeking a warm, efficient, team-oriented individual with years of newborn experience who can become a cherished part of their family.Maintain clear and consistent communication with the parents concerning the child's needs and experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid experience as a nanny for high profile families, with credible references.
• Comprehensive newborn care experience, demonstrating a nurturing and knowledgeable approach.
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in swimming and comfort in supervising water activities.
• Passport-ready with a background conducive to frequent international travel.
• Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality.

COMPENSATION:

• A salary starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
