Wesleyan Village is Hiring a Director of Foundation (Wesleyan Village) Near Elyria, OH
- To assist in obtaining the necessary financial support to enable Wesleyan Senior Living Foundation to continue its program of benevolent care and raise funds for capital projects
- Will function as a member of the Management Team.
- College degree with experience in fund development and grant writing
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to present oneself well.
- Carry out donor visitation for purpose of securing friends and financial support for Wesleyan Senior Living by maintaining regular schedule of visitation on local pastor, current donors and local church leaders.
- Coordinate grant writing, direct response fund raising and special events.
- Supply information for appropriate gift acknowledgement.
- Implement a planned giving program.
- Attend and participate in civic events to give visibility to the Foundation and related organizations.
- Prepare, analyze and maintain annual operational and capital budget for areas of responsibility.
- Serve as a member of the Executive Team of Wesleyan Senior Living.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Wesleyan Senior Living strategic plan.
- Other duties as requested.
