Description
Full-time | $17.00-$18.50/hour I 40 hours per week
Faith based nonprofit Wesley Living has provided excellent housing services to seniors since 1969. Who we are and what we do centers on our Core Values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity.
Detail-oriented and dependable to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly with compassion and integrity by performing general maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. Problem-solving and time management skills are necessary. Leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience
- HVAC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- Driver’s License
