REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- 1-2 years long term care experience preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Full-time position Evenings (3pm-11:30pm)/Overnights (11pm-7:30am)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for dynamic Registered Nurse who can lead a team. Knowledgeable of Long Term Care regulations and supervisory experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents
- Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations and guidelines
- Provide direct resident care as needed
- Direct and supervise the day to day function of the nursing staff
- Manage the flow of care
- Attend nursing leadership meetings
- All other duties as assigned
