• 1-2 years long term care experience preferred
• 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have the skills of a Nurse Manager? If so, be responsible for the clinical direction of resident care through the leadership of others for approximately 33 residents. Have the opportunity to utilize the latest technology including Point Click Care EMR, telemedicine and telepsych systems.

Looking for experienced individuals and of course, New Grads with leadership experience are also encouraged to apply!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents
• Ensure adherence to NYS DOH regulations and guidelines
• Direct and supervise the day to day function of the nursing staff
• Manage the flow of care
• Attend nursing leadership meetings
• All other duties as assigned
