Primary Functions: Show up and make tasty food. Clean up after yourself. Make friends. Come back tomorrow and do it again.

Requirements:

You have to be at least eighteen (we don’t babysit)

You have a legit diploma

Must have good manual dexterity (funny way to say, are you coordinated)

Work in extreme cold (we have coolers -really big ones)

Must be able to stand for a long time (you produce standing up)

Tolerate repetitive tasks (yep, there are lots of sandwiches to be made)

Have reliable transportation (we want to see you tomorrow and the next day…)

Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends (not really that bad, there’s bonus pay)

That is the job and how we see things. HR makes us list the description below. No worries, you’re going to be working at the Bakery, not HR. This means Wesco is a corporation, which means there’s room to move up. We have a baker who is a Director. We also had a Director that was a baker. The point is we have a job that you can grow to where you are comfortable with the people you like, even if it is HR.

• Description

A Wesco Deli Associate is someone who desires to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment, while exhibiting multitasking and decision making abilities. A Deli Associate will take pride in being able to stay on task with minimal supervision, produce high quality products by following recipes, while being efficient to produce the needed quantities in a timely manner.

• Requirements

o Must be at least 18 years of age

o Have a high school diploma or GED

o Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

o Must have good manual dexterity

o Must be able to work in extreme cold and heat

o Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

o Must be able to tolerate repetitive tasks

o Have reliable transportation

o Be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed

• Summary

A Wesco Deli Associate has many job duties including but not limited to the following:

o Perform all tasks with the safety of Associates and customers in mind

o Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

o Ability to learn and adhere to proper specifications for all deli products

o Complete some housekeeping functions

 Cleaning

 Sweeping

 Mopping

o Represent the Wesco Brand to customers and Associates by embracing Wesco's Unifying Principles and Mission Statement
