The responsibilities of the human resources coordinator will include: 

• welcoming employees to the resort in a warm and caring manner
• assisting with uniform distribution and alterations
• engraving name tags for employees
• answering questions from employees 
• coordinating attendance at orientation sessions
• coordinating department specific training
• assisting with phone inquiries
• all reasonable requests by management

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills. Previous experience in human resources is preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.
