Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew Members at our restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the cash register
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Follow food safety procedures to ensure safe handling and storage of food
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
