• must arrive at work on time for their schedule shift
• demonstrate good "people skills" in dealing with customer
• must have a "teamwork" attitude
• must be neat, well-groomed appearance at all times
• ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude
• at least 16 years of age
• previous restaurant experience helpful but not required
