Responsibilities
- Perform assigned landscape maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high-quality standards and customer service expectations.
- Operate a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, edgers, trimmers, pruning tools, blowers, thatchers, overseeders, etc.
- Carry out regular property maintenance such as mowing, edging, weeding, watering, and pruning.
- Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques as required, ensuring the health and vitality of the landscape.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Report any damaged trees or missing plant material promptly.
- Interact professionally and courteously with other crew members, supervisors, and company personnel.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor and operate landscape maintenance equipment.
- Understanding of basic preventative maintenance for equipment.
