Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of events, including but not limited to: client contact, transportation, setup/teardown, and on-site support.
- Manage day-of operations for assigned events, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and keeping your team apprised of changes or challenges in real-time.
- Ensure brand aesthetics for all stations, bars, and any other catering displays.
- Update and order event supplies.
- Travel to local venue options to collect images, videos, and/or measurements.
- Use of personal vehicle to transport event supplies.
- Research potential event locations, vendors, etc with alternatives for the client.
- Brainstorm unique ideas for upcoming events.
- Create written timelines for your team and client to follow on day of event.
