Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and off-prem role as a Catering Event Manager located in Sacramento, CA. The Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of catering event planning and execution. This includes meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences, creating customized menus, coordinating with vendors and staff, managing budgets, and being onsite managing FOH staff and ensuring that events run smoothly and successfully.

• Project Managment experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related experience
• Previous experience as a caterer or in food service industry is a plus
