Job Title: Dredge and Plant Operator
Type: Full-time
Job Position Description: This position will be responsible for operating equipment on different bodies of water to remove materials needed for production. When you are not operating the dredge, this person is responsible for over seeing the production plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily equipment maintenance and operation
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy
• Assist with moving of dredge equipment to different sites
• Gradation testing
• Production reporting

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of basic mechanics and electrical knowledge of large equipment

Hours & Compensation:

• Monday – Friday
• Approximately 50 hours/week
