Description
Overview of the Position :
Some ownership of individual customer and subject to revenue goals associated with those customers. Assist the sales and operations teams in support of global customer base.
Works to ensure that repair and sale orders are completed within company standards to ensure exceptional customer experience by performing essential duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Education / Experience Requirements : High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years’ equivalent office work experience.
Experience in managing customer accounts and working knowledge of customer support and exceptional service.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
