As a Housekeeper with the Saginaw Senior Living Campus at Wellspring, you'll be part of a team of nurses, caregivers and senior support staff committed to helping seniors and their families within Saginaw. In this position, you'll be directly supporting your community to provide services to seniors. In this position, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful, but not essential.As a Housekeeper, You Will
- Follow cleaning schedule by standard precautions, hazardous waste handling and cleaning agent use policies and procedures
- Maintain efficient time management when cleaning all assigned areas within the Wellspring senior living campus community
- Clean and maintain general common areas, dining, office and employee areas according to schedule
- Assist with laundry responsibilities as needed
- Observe and report any physical and/or behavioral changes in residents to nursing staff
- Work tactfully, cooperatively and kindly with residents, families, visitors and the entire staff throughout the organization
- You'll be part of a dedicated and caring team of nurses, caregivers, housekeepers and administrative staff and connect through meetings and trainings
- You'll receive supervision and help as needed
- You'll create meaningful connections with each resident
- Working in an open floor concept building with private resident rooms
- Your starting pay will be $11.00 / hour
- You'll be working full-time 40 hours / week OR part-time 20 hours / week
- You'll work Monday-Friday (7:00a-3:30p); no weekends!
