Wellspring Builders is a family like atmosphere that provides an environment for people to thrive and grow personally and professionally. Our market is small and medium sized commercial, multi-family and light industrial construction. Our projects range from $200,000 to $20 million, and include new construction, renovation and tenant improvement.

Position Expectations:

· Assemble construction cost estimates at all stages of pricing from preliminary budgets through final construction document pricing utilizing Sage Timberline Estimating Software.

· Organize, decipher and distribute construction documents to all subcontractors & vendor for pricing.

· Pursue and solicit pricing from appropriate subcontractors via phone, email, etc. as necessary to achieve the necessary participation.

· Utilize Onscreen Takeoff Software for material quantity take offs.

· Review subcontractor & vendor pricing for complete scope and cost analysis.

· Assemble detailed proposals and present to clients.

This candidate will report directly to the Director of Preconstruction and will receive the necessary training to be understand our preconstruction processes and estimating software, and will also receive introductions to our trade partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
