Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Process Engineering Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Process Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Support complex incident and problem management for Commercial Banking Operations (CBO)
  • Be responsible for communicating to a broad audience about risk events to ensure CBO is compliant with Enterprise policies related to event management and operational loss reporting
  • Analyze, document and communicate root cause, resolution and preventative actions
  • Partner closely with CBO managers and senior leaders, as well as Risk and Control teams
  • Perform analysis of data collected through incident escalations and produce reporting based on needs of business partners
  • Triage technology incidents and proactively assess impacts across CBO.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex issues into understandable information
  • Experience preparing reporting, metrics and presentation materials for various levels of leadership
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Experience with efforts that impact multiple businesses areas
