About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Small Business Credit Card team within Consumer Lending. This Lead Product Manager will partner across the organization to build and manage business requirements for new small business card product launches and customer experience changes. In this role, you will:

• Lead complex Small Business Credit Card initiatives that are a priority for Wells Fargo, including creating new products, experiences, and enhancements for Small Business Credit Card
• Perform Competitive Intelligence across the credit card industry to understand the market and provide recommendations on future opportunities
• Serve as the business lead to help drive exploration, prioritization, and implementation of the Small Business Credit Card product strategy roadmap
• Partner with Finance and Analytics partners to assess initiative feasibility and create business case
• Lead the day-to-day product management of prioritized business initiatives to ensure business requirements are executed as planned
• Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
• Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
• Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 years in Credit Cards or Payments. Small Business experience highly preferred
• New product development experience
• Product management and business strategy experience in the financial services industry, preferably in credit card
• Experience with managing a P&L (Profit and Loss) to understand trends and opportunities
• Experience with managing the implementation of complex business initiatives
• Ability to partner across the organization to build relationships and drive change
• Proven ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience collaborating, consulting, and communicating effectively with multiple business partners

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
