Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

Job Role and Responsibility: Utilize a thorough understanding of available Digital Technology and Innovation, tools including Glassbox, Tealeaf, AppDynamics, Splunk and Linborg; provide 24/7 production support, upgrades existing Tools as needed, migrate from existing tools to new tools, provide end-user trainings, build dashboards and reports for operations and leadership teams; work on the most complex Digital Technology and Innovation applications production problems where Deep dive analysis is requires; lead independent project work; entails end to end implementation of Glassbox and TeaLeaf Tools from proof of concept, requirement gathering, user training and production implementation; write help analyze production monitoring, reporting and automation requirements, document, design and implement automation solution using Elastic, AppDynamics, Splunk, Glassbox, EverBridge and Linborg (home grown Tool), Tools; work with our business and development partners to create clear concise production monitoring needs, create designs, and write/review technical specifications to meet those business needs; includes automation development in Perl, Bash, Python and testing before deployment into production; participate in team reviews; and will adhere to standards developed within the team. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed.

Required Qualifications: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:

• 4 years of Middleware administration experience
• 3 years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
• 2 years Tealeaf Administration experience
• 2 years Glassbox Administration experience
• 1 year of experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
