About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities.
In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.

• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies.

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.

• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.

• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• 4 years of experience developing and supporting Java applications.

• 2 years of experience in Oracle database or any other database such as Mongo DB/Yugabyte.

• 2 years experience on CI-CD pipeline and responsible for automated prod deployments.

• 2 years Working experience on TDD , developed unit tests and maintain good code coverage.

• 2 years experience with code security scanners and fixing security defects in the code.

• 1 year experience in Java, Angular/React, Html, CSS, JavaScript.

• 1 year experience in version control tool -Github or a similar tool

Desired Qualifications:

• Followed Agile methodologies and well versed with scrum process.

• Good to have CMS knowledge.

• Language Translation process

Pay Range:

100,800.00 - 179,200.00 USD Annual
