Job Role and Responsibility:
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Troubleshoots user reported issue with high level data analysis and project review. Identifies production and non-production application issues and troubleshoots the issues and provides resolutions. Develops test cases to ensure that changes/ implementations are per the specification. Debugs daily user reported issues against code and provide solutions. Writes complex query's to resolved user reported issues in production. Develops utility's that removes production support manual work. Develops and executes performance testing. Collaborates with lead developers to improve feature designs. Documents processes and procedures for production support team members. Documents runbooks. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.
Specific skills required:
4 years of application production support experience;
3 years of relational database experience;
3 years of development experience on Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring IOC, Spring MVC, and Spring DAO);
3 years of development experience on Web Services (RESTful/SOAP);
2 years hands on development experience with IBM MQ Series, JMS and Kafka;
2 years hands on experience in configuration and deployment of multi-tier applications using servers like WebLogic, Apache Tomcat etc;
2 years hands on experience with in-memory databases such as Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra;
2 years hands on experience with deployment in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF); and
Experience with IBM BPM and J2E.
