About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer (Analytics Consultant) to develop SharePoint Online solutions for the Wholesale Lending Business Management Operations team.

In this role, you will:

• Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require creative problem solving and collaboration skills
• Build new SharePoint solutions that enable Operations processes, and support the maintenance of existing sites
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, allowing you to identify opportunities for automation enhancements and improvement
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience

Required Qualifications:

4 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience developing SharePoint Online sites
• Experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience building/editing dynamic forms using InfoPath and/or DFFS
• Experience managing work in Jira solutions
• Experience building intuitive user interfaces
• Experience making data connections to SQL, Tableau, MS Access, Alteryx, etc.
• Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
• Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint) skills

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Utilize ShareGate for site migrations and reporting
• Consult with management and business partners regarding strategic approaches in managing our SharePoint sites
• Gather business requirements from partners and stakeholders then translate them into SharePoint solutions
• Thoroughly test SharePoint solutions before providing them to a business partner for review
• Convert existing InfoPath and DFFS forms into Power Apps
• Create intuitive applications that solve business problems
• Work independently to complete tasks on or before agreed to deadlines
