RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Java Developer in Charlottle, NC. This role will be a key contributor to the design and implementation of event-based data engineering pipelines to remediate and master the data sources.
Responsibilities:
* Senior Java Developer will ensure overall execution of enterprise grade operational serverless technology stack
* Gain valuable experience in development and product releases in a fast-paced, hyper growth environment
* Open-source frameworks and developing native Cloud solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field required
* Industry certification in AWS is a plus
* 3 years of core experience in enterprise grade big data cloud programs
* Experience with Data practices and technologies including data lake, data warehousing, data integration patterns (ETL, services, messaging), analytics and business intelligence
* Experience of SQL, Python and/or Java for serverless architecture in AWS
* Experience with Graph DB, NoSQL, and Document Databases
* Experience with service-based architectures, such as microservices
* Experience with full API lifecycle management with tools like Apigee, Kong, AWS API, Gateway, Swagger Hub
* Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and multi-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Data Analysts)
* Working knowledge of integration patterns and CI/CD pipelines
* Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problems
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to translate technical concepts to business concepts and vice versa
* Client focused, proactive, and results oriented
* Should be hands-on and eager to make an immediate impact upon joining the team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
