About this role:
The Wells Fargo Digital Design Innovation team creates experiences that empower our customers in Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking to manage their company’s relationship with Wells Fargo confidently and securely and support their business operations. We are passionate about customer-centric designs and work closely with Product and Technology partners to ensure our vision and designs are outcome-oriented and deliver value to our customers and our business. The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work as part of our industry-leading design agency focused on creating digital solutions for our customers and helping fulfill our purpose of humanizing digital experiences for commercial, corporate, and investment banking. As a Senior Product Designer focused on employee experience, you will be expected to utilize your full range of product design skills (design thinking, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, user research) in developing employee experiences for teams that work closely with the bank’s corporate clients by partnering with product owners, developers, and design peers and partners. You’ll be leading insights-driven design efforts with a lean UX and Agile approach to delivery. Key responsibilities will include crafting design solutions and delivering supporting artifacts, engaging with customers and research partners to connect experience insights with design outcomes, participating in and contributing to Agile planning and ceremonies with partners, and consulting as necessary on design direction with peers and partners.
