Our State Farm agency in Mint Hill, North Carolina is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, organized person for an Account Manager role. In this sales-focused role, you'll build relationships with potential customers, and will also deepen relationships with our existing customer base. This position pays a base salary plus commission. You're directly in control of how much money you make!

Responsibilities include:

• Develop leads and close sales
• Turn your existing connections into customers. That restaurant you love? They need insurance! You can turn them into a State Farm customer!
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and educate on relevant products
• Establish and manage customer relationships
• Consistently strive to beat sales goals
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing

Though this is a sales role, sales experience is not required, nor is insurance experience. If you're outgoing and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest.
