About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Analytics Consultant in support of Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB). Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
• Measure and quantify the success of CSBB Marketing campaigns while inflight and via post campaign deep dives.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
• Lead or participate on large cross group projects
• Mentor less experienced staff
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• SQL or Python experience
• Experience in Marketing Analytics, supporting campaign analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Consultative experience with the ability to identify and understand the problem, design a solution, gain buy-in and consensus on the approach, gather necessary resources to complete the assignment, and communicate results in a timely way to our partners and peer groups.
• Experience in working with designs of experiment and testing methodology within a marketing context
• Analytical experience with the ability to pull and synthesize information and data from multiple sources to develop an analytic data set to fuel robust analyses including actionable recommendations.
• Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
• Familiarity with statistical and predictive modeling techniques such as machine learning, decision trees, data reduction, clustering, and regression
• Knowledge and understanding of structuring complex data across varied sources.
• Financial Services background within marketing, customer analytics.

Salary Range:

• New York, New York: $100,800-$179,200 annual base.

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
