About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Support team performance in identifying potential sanctions concerns in transactions utilizing bank processes and procedures. customer, or colleague decisions.
  • Performing processes and tools within the sanctions screening functional area
  • Perform complex operational tasks, including review, verification, and identification of customer transactions to detect sanctions concerns and prevent policy violations.
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Interact with Sanctions COE and Global Sanctions functional areas on a wide range of transaction types to identify and escalate potential sanctions concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, Fraud, or Investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Wires experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) compliance
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of financial transactions and products

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Hours: 11:00am - 8:00pm CST Monday - Friday
