In this role, you will:- Oversee the development and maintenance of new and existing products within Advice and Planning Center of Excellence, ensuring any updates meet the needs of the Users and end Client
- Provide support for product life cycle management
- Review global trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
- Present recommendations to resolve more complex situations and exercise independent judgment
- Collaborate and consult with internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties
- Engage in continuous discovery with advisors and their clients, product line partners, operational experts, compliance and other stakeholders
- Review Features and create relevant stories to meet set objectives and goals
- Lead backlog prioritization and ensure completion of quarterly reviews to ensure ongoing management and oversight.
- Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/competitor opportunities
- Partner closely with Area Product Owners and leadership to understand prioritized features and work through any changes to quarterly plans
- Partner with internal technology partners and vendors to provide actionable solutions to address pain points/issues
- Ensure applications are fully tested, compliant, accurate and available
- Work with scrum and delivery technical teams to enable execution of the body of work
- Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
- Review and track all feedback and work through issues to understand pain points
- Adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Required Qualifications:- 2 years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2 years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
- Experience creating stories and sprint planning in Jira
- Demonstrated proficiency with product or application testing
- Experience constructing financial information for clients especially performance and progress reporting
- Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to resolve and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
- Demonstrated effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience presenting and providing demos to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
