Epicor Product Owner

Overview:

• Drive vision and strategy for Epicor ERP system in alignment with organizational goals
• Partner with various business segments (manufacturing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance) to ensure ERP aligns with all business functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, interdepartmentally to gather requirements
• Translate requirements to user stories and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with development and business teams to ensure functionality aligns with business needs and processes
• Oversee creation and maintenance of documentation
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements, apply business processes to ERP
• Create and execute test plans for system enhancements and changes
• Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement and management of processes and systems

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in ERP management (Epicor preferred)
• Understanding business processes in a manufacturing environment

Benefits And Compensation:

• Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 Bonus
