About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Execution Consultant to lead the generation of actionable insights derived from root cause and thematic analysis to facilitate cross-organization solutions to address customer, process, and risk concerns identified through complaints, redress, and remediations. In this newly created function, this leader will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing process management of insight generation which provides clear, practical recommendations leading to specific actions to solve specific problems.

The Principal Business Execution Consultant will be a tenured professional with proven experience in developing clear, specific, relevant, actionable insights derived from multiple raw data sets, trends, and information; have solid Complaints, Remediations, and Root Cause Analysis knowledge; and possess demonstrated expertise in critical thinking, senior leader communications, and collaboration.

This newly created function will lead the establishment and management of the insight generation process. The process will include (and is not limited to) synthesis of data and information from multiple sources; identification of meaningful patterns, correlations, and trends; interpretation of the synthesized data and information into practical, relevant, specific insights; and development of recommendations to solve specific problems.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a top subject matter professional for creation of company-wide, specific, and valuable pieces of information derived from monitoring, identification of concern concentrations, root cause analysis, and other sources which provide clear guidance for decision making.

• Lead the development and ongoing management of insight generation, which will identify the most complex and significant challenges and opportunities across multiple lines of business.

• Deliver specific insights and recommendations to solve specific, yet significant problems.

• Develop, implement, and manage the ongoing insight generation process including management of strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Wells Fargo businesses, Root Cause Analysis, complaints, redress, and remediation. 

• Evaluate effectiveness of process and impact, providing updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strength to analyze and interpret data from multiple large, and diverse datasets to draw conclusions, and make recommendations.

• Outstanding, demonstrated proficiency as a critical thinker who can make the complex simple and compelling.

• Demonstrated ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives/direction.

• Experience with issue management and/ or root cause analysis, complaints, customer experience

• Outstanding collaboration skills.

• Outstanding influence skills, drive change in a matrixed environment

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Pay Range:

New York, New York: 144,400.00 - 300,000.00 USD Annual
