About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant – (Organization Change Management Lead) in Wells Fargo Auto as part of Wells Fargo Consumer Lending. The Change Management Lead responsibilities include development of key strategies and plans to ensure that employees and customers, both dealer and consumer, are prepared for the changes resulting from this project. This includes but is not limited to: communication strategies/plan and training plans. Coordinates with internal resources (Communications, Procedures, Change Readiness, and Learning and Development) to ensure that plans are executed upon appropriately to ensure a successful rollout. Manages plans to ensure communication to both employee and customers impacted (Dealers, Consumer), training is deployed for go-live and go forward training is available for new hires onboarded post-rollout.
