About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Junior Business Manager - FX - Analyst who will cover jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
• Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
• Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
• Work on the NY FX COO team
• Partner with FX business leadership to execute the WF FX Strategic Growth plan
• Partner with technology to prioritize and execute large scale strategic initiatives
• Lead complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of the Global FX business
• Identify and resolve operational risk & control issues
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with FX business management or FX sales and trading
• Bachelors degree in finance or related discipline.
• Middle office experience or operations in Capital Markets would be considered
• Capital Markets experience in sales and trading
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with problem solving and project management
• Excellent organizational and MS office skill

Job Expectations:

• The base salary range for this role in NY, NY is $76,300 - $137,500​
