About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Home Lending Change Management Performance Business Design & Execution Leader to support the Home Lending Change Management organization transformation of the newly defined process, procedures, and systems to be more efficient in managing the execution of change while maintaining the ability to manage change risk on behalf of Home Lending.
The Home Lending Change Management Business Design and Execution Leader and team will be responsible for change management services that support all change management stakeholders in Home Lending. This team is responsible for process management and design for ongoing continuous improvement in alignment with ECM, SDLC, and Technology Change Management policy and procedure. As well as serves as SMEs to engage and partner with change management stakeholders for all process and procedure maintenance including but not limited to training and communication content, issue and defect resolution, process integration, improvement, and reduce redundancy. The Business Design and Execution Leader will be a trusted advisor working with senior leaders to define and deliver required business change outcomes. Must have experience with enterprise transformation work, strategic thinking, ability to plan, organize, and drive for results, as well as help teams adapt to major business changes.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead execution on change management business design and end-to-end change strategy for highly complex change initiatives supporting Home Lending.
  • Lead strategic business design conversations to leverage the company's end-to-end change management framework, methodology, system, and tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with other capability such as risk management or Enterprise Change Management teams.
  • Demonstrate business execution skills to coach/advise and influence strategic decisions of product cabinets, business leaders, and product teams to ensure progress and adherence toward sustainable change management outcomes.
  • Deliver and recommend improvements in end-to-end change management, including "best in class" practices to strengthen Home Lending's change management impact and value to customers.
  • Own operational deliverables, including helping drive cadence and communication with internal teams to showcase business results. This includes designing key metrics in collaboration with Change Management stakeholders and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and identify controls of the TOM and business process performance. Oversee execution of these controls.
  • Provide expertise and collaborate with business partners across Home Lending to support change optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Provide change teams with a line of sight between their work and Home Lending's goals and strategy.
  • Act diplomatically with internal clients, including showing an ability to solve problems and find resolutions when there is conflict.
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 4 years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting policies and assessing the adequacy of change management policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of process design, modeling, and development and associated industry methodologies.
  • Experience operating successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.
  • Experience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completion.
  • Experience identifying risk factors and ensure enactment of appropriate controls.
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management in the financial services industry.
  • Experience communicating effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Proven leadership ability to drive successful execution of business initiatives.
  • Prior experience in regulatory driven initiatives including regulatory and industry engagement.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
