About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a
Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Employee Listening team within Human Resources. The Employee Listening team administers cyclical, continuous, and ad-hoc surveys to better understand the employee experience and support employee engagement. The team helps turn insights into action by analyzing, synthesizing, and socializing findings with leaders across the enterprise-offering consulting and data-centric recommendations.
In this role, you will:- Lead program management and project management initiatives supporting the annual Global Employee Survey and Pulse Surveys, as well as the Exit Survey, HR Loudspeaker, HR iNPS, and other key Employee Listening routines, as needed.
- Analyze employee feedback data, generate insights, and produce reports and presentations for senior and executive audiences.
- Consult with leaders and executives across Human Resources and the enterprise on key business questions, needs, and priorities.
- Lead Employee Listening team communications plan in partnership with HR and LOB Communications Teams.
- Document, maintain, and evidence artifacts including processes, procedures and controls.
- Ensure adherence to applicable policies (e.g., Allegation management, Records and Information Management, Leaving Wells Fargo).
- Facilitate data governance: report distribution and platform access control.
- Support intake process and shared mailbox.
- Support vendor management.
Required Qualifications:- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5 years of experience working in a consultative role
- 5 years project management experience through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience communicating effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
- Knowledge and/or experience in Human Resources
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership at various levels within an organization
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Effectively demonstrated analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities and potential interventions
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Working knowledge of Tableau, JIRA and Sharepoint
- Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
