About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Accountability Specialist within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to join the CSBB Privacy Program, which helps oversee and mitigate privacy risk across the business group.
The Business Privacy Analytics Leader will be responsible for leveraging disparate datasets to provide near-real-time insights into privacy regulatory impact, applicability, and risk exposure; develop, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and key risk indicators (KRI); and support various project management, control, and monitoring activities for the team.

In this role, you will:- Provide business reporting and data analytics support to the CSBB Privacy Program, including-but-not-limited-to the creation of automated scorecards/dashboards to enhance privacy risk oversight and mitigation efforts.
- Support the needs of the program Project Manager, including leveraging project management tools/dashboards to track execution timelines and deliverables.
- Support control execution requiring intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
- Participate in cross-organizational or internal operational initiatives and improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications:- 5 years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5 years of data analytics experience.
Desired Qualifications:- 5 years of financial services experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) with hands on experience building and maintaining visualizations/dashboards.
- 5 years of SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data analytics experience leveraging Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
- Advanced level reading comprehension and equivalent written & verbal communication skills, in particular regarding interpretation and execution of business reporting requirements.
- Collaborative and flexible team player, able to manage a variety of tasks of varying complexity with some direction from team lead.
- BA/MA/JD in relevant fields of study preferred.
Job Expectations:- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary Range:- New York, New York: $133,300-$237,100 annual base.
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
