About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant as part of the Payment Manager team within Global Treasury Management (GTM) in Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .
Normal business hours, with the exception of off-hour availability as needed to support critical issue resolution or installations into production.
In this role, you will:

• Coordinating the phases of customer implementations
• Developing business requirements
• Providing subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit
• Creating/managing project plans
• Working with key partners on project priority and scope
• Coordinating appropriate meetings
• Communicating status to project team and the customer
• Proactively identifying and resolving problems/issues
• Ensuring that project tasks are completed according to established timelines

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
• 2 years of treasury services experience
• 2 years of financial services experience
• Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

• Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Salary Range:

• North Carolina: $55,300.00 - $98,300.00 Annually.
