About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director to lead key process engineering initiatives and drive efficiencies and enhancements across COO business groups. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop COO process engineering team focused on implementing and delivering on long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements
  • Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
  • Lead Process Engineering team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Interpret and develop work plans and resource plans to execute RCSA and BPM policy expectations and procedures
  • Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for COO process engineering team
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 8 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • LEAN/ Six Sigma certification
  • 8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: process engineering, military (supply chain, analytics and/or engineering)
  • Senior level leadership experience managing a complex organization including senior managers, managers, and individual contributors across multiple global locations
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Experience working within the financial services industry
  • Leadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environment
  • BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, engineering, or physics
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx
  • Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab
  • Facilitation skills such as Helix
  • Change Management skills such as Prosci/ADKAR
  • Knowledge and understanding of Rapid Process Automation software such as UiPath and Lightweight Workflow tools like Alfresco
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
