About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) who will provide consulting and development support for the Branch Banking Readiness Team. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Consult on initiatives low to moderate in scope of change, including developing readiness plans.
• Write engaging and effective readiness content using programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, and Audacity.
• Support the execution of readiness plans for significant and transformative projects.
• Prepare leaders to deliver content.
• Socialize and gather feedback from key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graphic design certification or experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with video editing (e.g. Camtasia).
• Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes.
• Ability to creatively write clear, engaging readiness content that tells a story.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions.
• Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or ongoing task plans.
