About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Readiness Consultants (Lead Business Execution Consultants) in Branch Banking Leadership Institute (BBLI) within National Advice and Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. The BBLI program is a development program for District Managers and Branch Managers. The BBLI program enables and enhances manager development using a variety of innovative approaches based upon each manager's individual development needs. The Lead Readiness Consultant is responsible for supporting the execution of the BBLI program components, which may include leading workshops, on the job application, and more.

In this role, you will:

• Execute BBLI program components for Branch managers
• Work with regional leadership to provide progress updates
• Conduct 1:1 and group conversations with cohort participants
• Present content in virtual or in-person sessions, including skill practice and conversations
• Partner with Recruiting and Human Resources (HR) Learning and Development (L&D)
• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of management and leadership principles and frameworks
• Exceptional at leading group dialog focused on enhancing critical thinking
• Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvement
• Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
• Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization
• Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is critical

Pay Range:

• New York City, New York: $115,900-$206,100 annual base

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
