About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager responsible for leading a strong, centralized capability to support the reporting and analytic needs of the WF Auto line of business.

In this role, you will:

• Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute data solutions that support the business

• Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives

• Establish leadership priorities, set expectations, and develop target state data solutions

• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

• Lead the assessment of reporting requirements and activities across the larger Auto platform to consolidate and aggregate reporting and data where possible to reduce redundancy and increase effectiveness and efficiency for required reporting.

• Build and maintain the necessary and mandated controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy, business functionality, compliance with corporate policies and adherence to required organizational controls.

• Support enterprise and LOB data initiatives associated business priorities regulatory and risk reporting.

• Maintain and enhance process to deliver an exceedingly high level of accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements

• Interpret and develop compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives for external agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry forums

• Manage the domestic components, process, and integration activities in conjunction with the offshore team in India; define and maintain the domestic/offshore engagement model.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 3 years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Partnering, collaborating, and communicating very effectively in a horizontal teaming model to secure diverse requirements, establish leadership priorities and set expectations, and develop target state solutions and delivery mechanisms

• Advanced SQL and /or SAS programming skills to directly interrogate data in support of requirement definitions, conceptual designs, and data quality assurance

• Driven to develop, maintain and expand relationships through the delivery of high quality work

• Record of adaptability, resilience, and effectiveness at engaging diverse teams with competing priorities

• Proven track record building out a Data and Analytics program that supports multiple lines of business and a variety of target audiences – both internally and externally

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve problems and get to the root cause

• Experience in developing and/or using business intelligence technologies to visualize data (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Leading effectively across multiple domestic time zones, with scheduling flexibility to productively engage with India based support resources

• Strategic leadership creating and achieving a desired future state vision through influence on individual and group goals, reinforcements and technologies

• Manage the domestic components, process, and integration activities in conjunction with the offshore team in India; define and maintain the domestic/offshore engagement model.

Job Expectations:

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
