Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and procedures - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating customer information - Assist with project coordination, including organizing meetings and preparing materials - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Experience: - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Knowledge of medical office procedures is an advantage - Strong clerical skills, including accurate data entry and file management - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist and enjoy a competitive salary along with benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
