- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential market opportunities
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in cold call sales, account management or business development, for at least five years and most have experience in long term care pharmacy.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth
