Wellmore of Daniel Island, Charleston's premier retirement community is seeking an Healthcare Scheduler (SNF) to provide a uniquely diverse list of duties that include those related to scheduling all Healthcare employees and administrative duties. Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for degree.
• At least 1 year experience in scheduling/employee relations preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have advanced knowledge of the Health Information Portability and Privacy Act (HIPPA).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
• Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and mail merges: email and web searches.
• Able to climb two flights of stairs.
• Lift objects of 25 pounds or less over the head.
• Move objects of 40 pounds or more.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive or stressful situations.
• Respond to medical emergencies on a rare occasion.
• Assist with resident evacuations, if ever required.
