Job Summary:
The Technical Business Analyst at Wellfit is a crucial bridge between technical capabilities and business goals, especially in the realms of web portals and API design. This role involves detailed analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the connectivity and functionality of our offerings. The ideal candidate possesses a robust understanding of the financial and healthcare sectors and the technical acumen to navigate a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in defining business requirements for our web portals and API services, working closely with product managers and developers.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, particularly for API development and portal integration.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify integration opportunities and optimize the user experience across our digital platforms.
• Develop detailed documentation, including API specifications, portal designs, user stories, and system requirements.
• Design wireframes and user flow diagrams that outline efficient and effective portal interactions.
• Collaborate with UX teams to ensure that portal designs meet both user expectations and business requirements.
• Manage project workflows using JIRA and Confluence, maintaining clear documentation and project tracking.
• Engage in Agile scrum meetings, contributing insights that enhance product development and integration strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance for portals and APIs, setting clear criteria for acceptance and testing.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on API development and portal management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex data and integration projects.
• Strong communication skills, able to guide cross-functional teams and interface with stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, with the ability to perform as a product owner within Agile projects.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and a solid grasp of UML, wireframing, and API design tools.
• A flexible, consultative approach to work, with a readiness to adapt and learn new skills.
• Preferred: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
