Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages team through follow up, training, and projects of various processes.
- Responsible for allocating work and filling call outs to ensure teams’ success.
- Continuous working knowledge of departmental tasks and processes
- Communicates with Supervisor and Manager about continuous updates on processes, performance, and daily progress.
- Maintains responsibility of personal workload
- Ability to run/print reports, analyze, and execute based on findings
- Communicates effectively with interrelated departments to ensure proficiencies in the product life cycle

- Willingness to work congruently to supervisor if necessary
