Wells Enterprises has an exciting opportunity to lead our Walmart Branded sales desk. The Team Lead Branded Sales heads all sales for Wells branded products on the Walmart account, along with managing our Sam's Club Business. They will be responsible for achieving sales and trade spending objectives in support of strategic growth plans for Walmart. The Team Lead provides leadership, direction and coaching to team members to achieve sales results, effectively utilize sales process and tools, leverages cross functional team members, and further develops skillset and capabilities. Monitors key customer and competitive activities through data, analytics and insights, updating plans and teams based on latest intelligence to ensure Wells Brands achieve sales targets in support of long-term strategic objectives.
